This is followed by mobility and conditioning tailored to enhance your handstand practice, along with personalized coaching to address your unique needs.

Nourishment, connection, and exploration
Nourishing meals are an integral part of our daily schedule, providing the energy you need for training and recovery. Afternoons and evenings offer deeper technical sessions, dedicated recovery time, and valuable community moments. There's also ample free time built into the schedule for you to rest, explore the local beauty of Puerto Morelos, and connect with fellow participants.
